Carlos did a terrific work of diagnosing a problem which has a drain in a bathtub. Explained the issue and proposed a solution. We will use James' Plumbing to install a water conditioner and fixing the drain dilemma.Addendum: Carlos has been again many occasions to deal with guarantee issues fro
